Tenant Qualifications
Applicants & Fee
All applicants must be 18 years or older and must reside in the property.
$40 non-refundable application fee is for a credit check that is done by Transunion.
Lease Terms
The standard lease is twelve (12) months.
Changing out the air filter is the resident’s responsibility. We will provide the filters for you.
Credit Requirements
We prefer a credit score over 550. If your credit score is between 500-549, we will require an additional deposit added to your security deposit.
No prior evictions in the past 5 years.
Income Requirements
Total combined net income must be equal to or greater than three times the monthly rental amount.
Security Deposit
Your security deposit is required with your first month’s rent or pro-rated rent.
Security deposit is one months rent due prior to move in
Pet Policy
A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is due at the time of signing the lease.
