• All applicants must be 18 years or older and must reside in the property.

Application Fee 

 

• $40 non-refundable application fee is for a credit check that is done by Transunion.

Credit Requirements

​

• We prefer a credit score over 550

• If your credit score is between 500-549, we will require an additional deposit added to your security deposit.

• No prior evictions in the past 5 years.

Income Requirements

​

• Total combined net income must be equal to or greater than three times the monthly rental amount. 

​​

Security Deposit

​

• Your security deposit is required with your first month’s rent or pro-rated rent.    

• Security deposit is one months rent due prior to move in

​​

Lease Terms

​

• The standard lease is twelve (12) months.

• Changing out the air filter is the resident’s responsibility. We will provide the filters for you.

   ​

Pet Policy

​

• A non-refundable pet fee of $150 is due at the time of signing the lease.
